Job summary

JLL in London is seeking a dedicated Community Host to serve as a Client Experience Coordinator, delivering five-star service within our Client Head Office. You will be the primary contact for client interactions, vendor management and events, ensuring every touchpoint reflects the JLL brand.

This role combines workplace experience curation with proactive service, focusing on staff engagement, meeting coordination and space management to create an engaging office environment.

Responsibilities

• Create moments of delight and care through memorable, anticipatory and personalized human interactions
• Serve as the main point of contact for client inquiries, requests, and feedback
• Act as brand ambassador for JLL and our clients, building lasting relationships
• Maintain high visibility to staff and provide personalized service levels based on individual needs
• Anticipate client needs and proactively address requirements to enhance their experience
• Conduct proactive premises inspections and floor walks including meeting rooms and social areas
• Ensure all areas are clean, orderly, and ready to use throughout the day
• Foster business & employee engagement and community host initiatives
• Manage front desk and deliver five-star service in meeting room and events management
• Coordinate and manage all meetings and events within the Client Suite
• Support and manage meeting room booking systems
• Oversee setup, execution, and breakdown of events
• Coordinate event logistics including catering, A/V, and room configurations
• Coordinate vendor schedules and ensure service delivery meets premium standards
• Raise work orders and provide status updates
• Conduct regular vendor performance reviews
• Ensure all activities comply with building policies and safety protocols
• Process and chase outstanding invoices; raise work orders for services and supplies
• Maintain knowledge of health and safety regulations and conduct safety assessments
• Support health and safety training and protocols
• Monitor customer feedback and implement action plans
• Maintain signage and intranet updates
• Provide admin support to the leadership team
• Prepare reports, dashboards, and meeting minutes
