This role combines workplace experience curation with high-touch client service, serving as the primary point of contact for all client interactions, vendor management, event coordination, and employee engagement initiatives. The successful candidate will ensure every touchpoint exceeds expectations while maintaining the highest standards of health, safety, and operational excellence.Community Hosts are the workplace experience ambassadors, responsible for initiatives and programs to curate an engaging workplace and employee experience. They are focused on community and collaboration with a key focus on fostering business & employee engagement and wellbeing. Community Hosts make the office the great place to get work done, collaborate and innovate with colleagues. They take ownership of the workplace by making sure they have happy customers and visitors in their community.What your day to day would look likeExperience Curation & Client Service DeliveryCreate moments of delight and care through memorable, anticipatory and personalized human interactionsServe as the main point of contact for client inquiries, requests, and feedbackAct as brand ambassador for JLL and our clients, building lasting relationshipsMaintain high visibility to staff and provide personalized service levels based on individual needsAnticipate client needs and proactively address requirements to enhance their experienceWorkplace Experience & Community BuildingConduct proactive premises inspections and floor walks (including meeting rooms, pantry, social areas)Ensure all areas are clean, orderly, and ready to use throughout the dayFoster business & employee engagement and community host initiativesmanage the front desk, ensuring we deliver a five star service in both meeting room and events management.Event & Meeting CoordinationCoordinate and manage all meetings and events within the Client SuiteSupport and manage meeting room booking systems, ensuring accuracy and smooth operationsOversee setup, execution, and breakdown of events ensuring seamless deliveryCoordinate internal events working with Hospitality teams and vendors as appropriateCoordinate event logistics including catering, audio-visual equipment, and room configurationsEnsure seamless communication with hospitality/GRH teams for internal and external eventsVendor & Supplier ManagementAct as primary point of contact for all vendors and service providersCoordinate vendor schedules and ensure service delivery meets premium standardsProactively raise work orders and provide frequent status updatesConduct regular vendor performance reviews and relationship managementEnsure all vendor activities comply with building policies and proceduresFinancial Administration & OperationsProcess and chase outstanding invoices in a timely mannerRaise work orders for approved services and suppliesHealth, Safety & ComplianceMaintain current knowledge of health and safety regulations and ensure complianceConduct regular safety assessments on spaces and report any good catches.Support health and safety functions with dedicated training and protocolsEnsure all activities and events comply with safety protocolsCommunication & Feedback ManagementMonitor customer feedback regularly and produce appropriate action plansEnsure all signage and messages are current and relevantSupport internal communications including cascading information and managing local intranet pagesJLL Leadership & Administrative SupportProvide day-to-day administrative support to the JLL leadership team.Prepare and maintain reports, presentations, dashboards, and other business documentation.Coordinate and organize leadership meetings, including scheduling, room bookings, agendas, and logistics.Capture and distribute Minutes of Meeting (MoM) and track follow-up actions to completion.Assist with internal communications, stakeholder engagement activities, and special projects.Ensure accurate record keeping and timely completion of administrative tasks to support business operations.Required QualificationsFluent in English language – written and oralMinimum 3 years previous hospitality/co-working experiencePrevious events experience strongly preferredExceptional customer service skills with natural \"people person\" qualitiesStrong relationship building abilitiesExcellent verbal and written communication skillsProficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Visio, Outlook, Teams, SharePoint, Access)Strong problem-solving skills with ability to react quickly and decisivelyHigh attention to detail and exceptional organizational skillsOutstanding time management and multi-tasking abilitiesPersonal Attributes & SkillsPassionate about people and providing great experiencesAttuned to customer needs with anticipatory service mindsetFlexible and proactive; comfortable in fast-paced environmentsStrong team player with commitment to supporting colleaguesAbility to work under pressure and meet tight deadlinesHigh level of grooming standardsProfessional discretion and confidentialityProven track record of achievementKey Performance IndicatorsCustomer satisfaction scores and feedback metricsEvent execution quality and client feedbackResponse times to inquiries and work order completionVendor performance management and cost optimizationEmployee engagement participation ratesHealth and safety compliance metricsEffective delegation and task completion rates#LI-JA1If this job description resonates with you, we encourage you to apply even if you don’t meet all of the requirements below.
