Job summary

JLL in London is seeking a proactive Community Host to curate an engaging workplace and support staff experience. You will act as the primary interface between internal operations and customers, ensuring a high standard of service and wellbeing across the site.

Responsibilities include managing spaces, handling enquiries, maintaining signage and occupancy data, and coordinating events and engagement activities for staff. Previous hospitality or coworking experience is valued.

Responsibilities

• Proactive premises inspections and floor walks; keep areas clean, orderly and ready to use.
• Raise work orders and provide frequent status updates; address cleanliness issues.
• Main point of contact for enquiries, escalations, and feedback; provide timely resolutions.
• Monitor customer feedback and create action plans based on results.
• Own operational space to ensure a great service journey for staff and visitors.
• Keep signages and messages current; update wayfinding and occupancy data.
• Locker management support including issue/relocation/reclaim and reviews.
• Ensure desks are ready each morning and support desk cleanliness and lost-and-found.
• Support change management activities across workplace and project lifecycle.
• Meet client objectives and host engagement sessions to understand business needs.
• Maintain strong client/end-user relationships and be the face of Workplace/Property team.
• Stay updated on EUS technology; assist with AV/VC inquiries and training.
• Host employee engagement events and wellbeing initiatives.
• Assist internal communications and cascade information to staff.
• Support home-working inquiries and check-ins for remote staff.
• Welcome new joiners with orientation tours and supporting docs.
• Ensure full H&S compliance and adapt services to evolving needs.
• Provide excellent client service and respond to requests promptly.
