Job summary

Fedcap UK is seeking an Employer Solutions Consultant to join the Banbury-based team. You will work on-site in Banbury with community outreach and occasional travel to other offices, helping match skills to opportunities and support jobseekers toward sustainable employment.

You’ll build relationships with local employers, provide tailored recruitment support, and coach candidates for interview success. A strong track record in targets and customer-focused service is essential.

Qualifications

• Experience in business development, account management, recruitment, or sales, with a track record of working to targets.
• Experience in a customer-focused service delivery environment.
• Proven ability to build rapport, motivate, understand and empower individuals.
• Ability to work proactively, think creatively, and adapt approaches based on employer needs.

Responsibilities

• Act as an ambassador for Fedcap and the Restart Scheme, championing the benefits of sustainable employment for local businesses and jobseekers.
• Provide employers with high-quality, tailored services from recruitment support to candidate preparation and adapting your approach to suit each business.
• Build strong relationships with local employers and initiatives to develop a portfolio of live vacancies.
• Support customers to develop their confidence, skills and readiness for work, including preparing them for interviews and job starts.
• Proactively market candidates to employers and identify new work opportunities.
• Consistently deliver against performance targets, ensuring excellent service and quality.
• Coach and mentor small groups of candidates, empowering them to carry out effective job searches independently.
