The Fedcap Group is hiring an Employer Solutions Consultant to help people from disadvantaged backgrounds into sustainable employment. This on-site role in Guildford involves building strong relationships with local employers and delivering high-quality recruitment services and candidate preparation.

You will champion the Restart Scheme, market opportunities to employers, and support jobseekers with interview readiness and confidence.

Qualifications

• Experience in business development, account management, recruitment, or sales with a targets track record.
• Experience in a customer-focused service delivery environment.
• Proven ability to build rapport, motivate, understand and empower individuals.

Responsibilities

• Act as an ambassador for Fedcap and the Restart Scheme, championing sustainable employment for local businesses and jobseekers.
• Provide employers with tailored recruitment support and candidate preparation, adapting to each business.
• Build strong relationships with local employers and initiatives to develop a portfolio of live vacancies.
• Support customers to develop confidence, skills and readiness for work, including interview preparation.
• Proactively market candidates to employers and identify new work opportunities.
• Consistently deliver against performance targets, ensuring excellent service and quality.
• Coach and mentor small groups of candidates, empowering them to conduct effective job searches independently.
