Fedcap UK is seeking a proactive Job Broker - Employer Engagement to build strong relationships with local employers and develop opportunities across Shropshire. The role requires identifying vacancies, placements and apprenticeships, then aligning participants to suitable roles and guiding them through interviews and onboarding.

You will support employers by understanding recruitment needs, culture, progression, and delivering tailored job search assistance and interview preparation.

Qualifikationen

• Experience in recruitment or employer engagement.
• Ability to build relationships with employers and stakeholders.
• Proven track record in generating opportunities and placements.

Aufgaben

• Build and maintain relationships with local employers across sectors.
• Generate vacancies, work placements, apprenticeships and other opportunities.
• Match participants to suitable opportunities and provide onboarding support.
• Provide in-work support to help retention and progression.
• Develop a pipeline of vacancies and actively match participants to roles.
• Use outreach and networking to identify new employer opportunities.
