The Fedcap Group is seeking a proactive Job Broker – Employer Engagement to build strong relationships with local employers across Chester and surrounding areas. This full‑time, permanent role involves generating vacancies, arranging work placements and guiding participants through the recruitment journey from initial contact to job start.

Formación

• Experience in recruitment and employer engagement.
• Background in business development or sales is a plus.
• Experience working with young people or employability services is beneficial.

Responsabilidades

• Build and maintain relationships with local employers across sectors.
• Generate vacancies, work placements, apprenticeships and other opportunities.
• Understand employer recruitment needs and workplace culture.
• Develop a pipeline of vacancies and match participants to opportunities.
• Use creative approaches to open up new opportunities.
• Support participants through recruitment, interviews and starts.
• Agree onboarding arrangements and workplace adjustments where required.
• Conduct strengths-based vocational profiling of participants.
• Provide job search, applications, CVs and interview prep support.
• Connect participants with specialist services and community organisations.
• Provide in-work support to help retention.
