Job summary

Fedcap Employment is seeking a Job Broker - Employer Engagement to build and nurture relationships with employers across Coventry and Warwickshire. You will generate vacancies, placements and apprenticeships, while understanding employer needs and guiding participants to suitable opportunities.

You will support recruitment journeys, from outreach to interviews and job starts, with a focus on helping young people move into sustainable work and progression.

Qualifications

• Experience in recruitment or employer engagement.
• Ability to build relationships with employers.
• Ability to match participants to vacancies and opportunities.
• Strong communication and networking skills.
• Experience in welfare-to-work or working with young people is valuable.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain relationships with local employers across Coventry and Warwickshire.
• Generate vacancies, placements, apprenticeships and other opportunities.
• Understand employer recruitment needs and workplace culture to tailor opportunities.
• Develop a pipeline of vacancies and match participants to suitable roles.
