Santander is seeking a Community Branch Manager for the Basingstoke branch in North Hampshire & Surrey. The role involves leading a front-line team, delivering tailored financial services, and driving customer relationships and digital adoption.

You will work a rota-based schedule across the week, leading by example to ensure exceptional service and strong risk management, with opportunities to grow within the regional retail banking network.
