Santander Community Branch Manager role based at Basingstoke Branch. You will lead a front-line team, deliver exceptional service, and tailor financial solutions to customers while driving digital adoption.

The contract covers a 35-hour week on a rota from Monday to Saturday, with the aim of strengthening customer relationships and branch performance. The role requires inspirational leadership, coaching skills, and a proactive approach to risk and service quality.
