Job summary

Santander UK in Basingstoke is seeking a Community Branch Manager to lead a front-line team and deliver outstanding customer service while driving sales and risk management from the branch. This 35-hour per week role operates on a rota, Monday to Saturday, 8am–6pm, to help customers and communities prosper.

You will coach colleagues, tailor financial solutions to individual needs, and promote digital adoption.
