Job summary

Nudge Education Limited is seeking compassionate practitioners to deliver personalised 1:1 support to young people with SEN, SEMH, or additional needs in community settings across Wirral and surrounding areas.

You will work at least three days a week, in daytime hours, building trust, monitoring progress, and reporting safeguarding concerns, with driving licence and vehicle access to reach learners. DBS checks apply.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years' relevant experience.
• Experience supporting young people with ASD.
• Experience supporting young people with PDA / ODD / OCD.
• Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle.
• Right to work in the UK.
• Ability to commit to a minimum of three days' availability per week to provide consistency for our young people.
• Willingness to obtain business car insurance prior to commencing the role.

Responsibilities

• Deliver tailored intervention sessions.
• Build positive and consistent relationships with young people.
• Monitor progress and report safeguarding concerns.
• Complete risk assessments and maintain accurate records.
• Work collaboratively with families, professionals, and regional teams.
