Job summary

Nudge Education Limited is seeking compassionate and adaptable practitioners to deliver personalised 1:1 support to young people with SEN, SEMH, or additional needs. This community-based role operates beyond traditional classrooms to create safe, engaging, and meaningful learning experiences.

You will work Monday–Friday daytime, deliver tailored interventions, build trust, monitor progress, and collaborate with families and regional teams to ensure consistent support for our young people.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years’ relevant experience.
• Experience supporting young people with ADHD and ASD.
• Experience supporting young people with ACES and trauma-informed practice.
• Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle.
• Right to work in the UK.
• Ability to commit to a minimum of three days’ availability per week.
• Willingness to obtain business car insurance prior to commencing the role.

Responsibilities

• Deliver tailored intervention sessions.
• Build positive and consistent relationships with young people.
• Monitor progress and report safeguarding concerns.
• Complete risk assessments and maintain accurate records.
• Work collaboratively with families, professionals, and regional teams.
