Nudge Education Limited in Buckingham is seeking compassionate practitioners to deliver personalised 1:1 support to young people with SEN, SEMH, or additional needs. This is a community-based role, working beyond traditional classrooms to create safe, engaging, and meaningful learning experiences.

You will build trusting relationships, monitor progress, carry out risk assessments, record safeguarding concerns, and collaborate with families, professionals, and regional teams to ensure every child

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years' relevant experience.
• Experience supporting young people with SEN and/or SEMH needs.
• Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle.
• Right to work in the UK.
• Ability to commit to a minimum of three days' availability per week to provide consistency for our young people.
• Willingness to obtain business car insurance prior to commencing the role.
• Experience with SEMH.
• Experience with Challenging Behaviour and Mental Health Issues.
• Trauma Informed Practice.
