Nudge Education Limited invites compassionate practitioners to deliver personalised 1:1 support for young people with SEN, SEMH or additional needs. This community-based role extends beyond traditional classrooms to create safe, engaging learning experiences.

You will build trusting relationships, monitor progress, conduct risk assessments, and collaborate with families and professionals to support re-engagement with education. Flexible location-based opportunities are available.

Qualifikationen

• Minimum 2 years' relevant experience.
• Experience supporting young people with ADHD/ ASD and challenging behaviour.
• Experience of trauma informed practice.
• Experience supporting secondary age students.
• Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle.
• Right to work in the UK.
• Ability to commit to a minimum of three days' availability per week to provide consistency for our young people.
• Willingness to obtain business car insurance prior to commencing the role.
