Job summary

Nudge Education Limited is seeking compassionate practitioners to deliver personalised 1:1 support to young people with SEN, SEMH, or additional needs in community settings. You will build trusted relationships, monitor progress, and report safeguarding concerns.

The role is community-based with flexible locations, requiring a minimum of three days per week and a valid UK driving licence. DBS checks and safeguarding responsibilities apply.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years' relevant experience.
• Experience supporting young people with ASD, ODD and PDA.
• Experience supporting young people with developmental trauma and attachment disorder.
• Experience with manual handling and supporting young people with Epilepsy.
• Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle.
• Right to work in the UK.
• Ability to commit to a minimum of three days' availability per week to provide consistency for our young people.
• Willingness to obtain business car insurance prior to commencing the role.
