Job summary

Nudge Education Limited is seeking compassionate practitioners to deliver personalised 1:1 support to young people with SEN, SEMH, or additional needs in community settings. This role offers flexible, location-based opportunities based on student match.

You will deliver tailored intervention sessions, build positive relationships, monitor progress, and report safeguarding concerns. You will also complete risk assessments and collaborate with families and regional teams to ensure consistent

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years’ relevant experience.
• Must hold QTS (experience of secondary school curriculum, particularly English & Maths).
• Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle.
• Right to work in the UK.
• Ability to commit to a minimum of three days’ availability per week to provide consistency for our young people.
• Willingness to obtain business car insurance prior to commencing the role.
