Job summary

Nudge Education Limited in the United Kingdom is seeking compassionate practitioners to deliver personalised 1:1 support to young people with SEN, SEMH, or additional needs in community settings. You will build trusted relationships, monitor progress, complete risk assessments, and work with families and regional teams to create meaningful learning experiences beyond traditional classrooms.

A minimum of two years’ experience and a valid UK driving licence are essential, with three days per week

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years’ relevant experience.
• Experience supporting young people with SEN and/or SEMH.
• Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle
• Right to work in the UK
• Ability to commit to a minimum of three days’ availability per week to provide consistency for our young people
• Willingness to obtain business car insurance prior to commencing the role
• Experience with Mental Health Issues
• Trauma Informed Practice
