Job summary

Nudge Education Limited is hiring compassionate practitioners to deliver personalised 1:1 support to young people with SEN, SEMH, or additional needs in community settings. You will create safe, engaging learning experiences beyond traditional classrooms and build trusted relationships with students.

The role emphasizes safeguarding, progress monitoring, and collaboration with families and professionals. Flexible location-based opportunities are available, with male applicants preferred for some

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years' relevant experience.
• Experience supporting young people with SEN and/or SEMH needs.
• Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle.
• Right to work in the UK.
• Ability to commit to a minimum of three days' availability per week to provide consistency for our young people.
• Willingness to obtain business car insurance prior to commencing the role.
• Experience with Mental Health Issues.
• Experience with Challenging Behaviour.
• Understanding of ASD.

Responsibilities

• Deliver tailored intervention sessions.
• Build positive and consistent relationships with young people.
• Monitor progress and report safeguarding concerns.
• Complete risk assessments and maintain accurate records.
• Work collaboratively with families, professionals, and regional teams.
