Job description

Working as part of Tayside NHS Board’s Committee Administration Team, you will provide support to the Board’s standing committees and other groups. You will be responsible for managing the multiple demands of the post with clarity and skill to ensure that results are achieved to a high standard and on time.

We are looking for a team player who can undertake a range of administrative functions.

You will have exceptional minute-taking skills and a professional, confidential approach, with the ability to communicate confidently at all levels.

You will have a good understanding of the structure and organisational relationships of NHS Tayside.

In addition, you will have excellent organisational skills and proven experience of servicing senior-level committees.

Hours of work: 37 hours per week

Fixed Term/Secondment for 12 months
