This role offers flexibility with remote work options while covering Wigan, Skelmersdale, and Ormskirk. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills and a Level 2 Social Care Qualification, with responsibilities including developing support plans and liaising with external agencies.

About the Role:
We are looking for a compassionate, proactive, and well organised Housing Support Officer. Reporting to the Supported Housing Operations Manager, your key role will be to assess individuals facing homelessness, on their key needs and priorities to move on to independent living.
The role will have the option to work remotely from home or on-site in Wigan whilst also being able to cover and support residents across Wigan, Skelmersdale & Ormskirk so it is essential to have a driving license and access to your own vehicle (expenses paid).
The salary for the role is 24,500 - 25,000 plus a discretional bones (working a 35 hour week).
