NHS Tayside is seeking a dedicated team player for the Committee Administration Team. The role involves supporting standing committees and requires exceptional minute-taking and organizational skills. This is a fixed-term position for 12 months, offering a chance to contribute to NHS Scotland's mission of equality and diversity.

Working as part of Tayside NHS Board’s Committee Administration Team, you will provide support to the Board’s standing committees and other groups. You will be responsible for managing the demands of the role with clarity and skill to ensure high standards and timely results.
We are looking for a team player capable of undertaking a range of administrative functions. You should have exceptional minute-taking skills, a professional and confidential approach, and the ability to communicate confidently at all levels. A good understanding of NHS Tayside’s structure and organizational relationships is essential. Additionally, you should have excellent organizational skills and proven experience servicing senior-level committees.

Hours of work: 37 hours per week
Fixed Term/Secondment for 12 months
