An exciting opportunity has arisen for a knowledgeable and experienced individual to support the Optimising Workstreams and Transformation Programmes in Acute Services. The role involves working across the whole system to support the Associate Director & Acute Leadership Team in driving forward the national Reform agenda priorities through our Annual Delivery Plans and longer-term Acute Services strategic plan.

The post will provide project and administrative support to the Associate Director & Programme Manager for Optimising & Reform, and the wider Acute Leadership Team. Responsibilities include managing meetings and diaries for the Associate Director & Acute Services Leadership Team, and working closely with the Associate Director for Optimising Workstreams to support various initiatives. The role involves interacting with teams across NHS Tayside, Scottish Government, and Health & Social Care Partnerships.

Ideal candidates will possess strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to problem-solve and manage time effectively. A positive, team-oriented approach and good IT skills are essential.

Hours of work are: 37 per week.
