Responsibilities

• Lead and manage allocation of commissioning personnel across projects.
• Maintain department resource plan with live projects and tender pipeline.
• Manage weekly timesheets and approve against the resource plan.
• Analyse time data to measure and improve resource utilisation.
• Monitor subcontractor programmes, deliverables, timesheets and invoices.
• Coordinate site logistics and equipment per project plans.
