Omexom UK is seeking a Site Manager to lead overhead line construction, refurbishment, and maintenance projects. You will manage site teams and subcontractors, ensure compliance with CDM regulations and client specifications, and maintain a strong safety culture on site.

The role requires delivering work safely, on programme, and within budget, while coordinating labour, plant, materials and subcontractors across multiple projects and locations with regular travel.

Qualifications

• Experience in overhead line construction industry and knowledge of health, safety, environment and quality aspects.
• National Grid SR163 Authorisation (current or previously held).
• National Grid Competent Person status.

Responsabilités

• Lead and supervise site teams and subcontractors.
• Ensure works comply with CDM Regulations and client requirements.
• Review RAMS, permits and site safety controls; conduct site inspections and toolbox talks.
• Monitor delivery against programme, budget, and quality standards.
• Maintain project documentation and site diaries; manage changes and variations.
