Job summary

Omexom in the United Kingdom is seeking an experienced Site Manager to lead overhead line construction, refurbishment, and maintenance projects on site. You will provide leadership to site teams and subcontractors, ensuring all works meet programme requirements, health and safety legislation, client specifications, and company standards.

Qualifications

• Experience in overhead line construction with knowledge of health, safety, environment and quality.
• National Grid SR163 Authorisation (Current or previously held).
• National Grid Competent Person status.
• Experience with National Grid transmission projects.
• Experience on 132kV, 275kV and 400kV overhead line works.

Responsibilities

• Lead and promote a positive health, safety, and environmental culture on site.
• Manage day-to-day delivery of OHL projects, from maintenance to major schemes.
• Coordinate site labour, plant, materials, and subcontractors.
• Ensure works are delivered safely, on programme, and within budget.
• Monitor progress and report to project teams.
