We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Test and Commissioning (T& C) Lead/Manager to drive the development and delivery of our T&C services nationally. Reporting to the National Project Engineering Manager, you’ll lead on‑site execution, manage teams of Commissioning Engineers, and ensure all activities meet client expectations and Zinfra’s high standards. This role offers a unique opportunity to shape and expand our T&C capabilities—improving systems, processes, and documentation while supporting tender development and project delivery. You’ll also play a key role in business development and stakeholder engagement, making this a highly visible and influential position within a growing, future‑focused infrastructure business.
You’re a results‑driven professional with proven HV commissioning expertise across transmission and distribution networks. With strong leadership skills, you excel in managing complex substation projects, mentoring teams, and driving process improvements. Your commitment to safety, integrity, and high‑quality outcomes sets you apart. An HNC/HND/Degree in Electrical Engineering is essential, and experience with SR/TP/BP 141 standards is highly desirable.
