Your Responsibilities as C ommiss Pastry Chef
  • Assist in preparation of pastries, breads, cakes, and desserts
  • Support senior pastry chefs with mise en place and daily tasks
  • Contribute to seasonal menu development and special event catering
  • Maintain strict food safety, hygiene, and allergen standards
  • Ensure consistency and quality in all products
  • Contribute ideas and enthusiasm to new menu items
About You
  • Previous experience in a pastry or baking environment
  • Basic understanding of pastry techniques and food preparation
  • Strong work ethic and willingness to learn
  • Attention to detail and passion for pastry
  • Ability to work efficiently in a team and under pressure
  • Genuine passion for delivering nutritious, high-quality meals
  • Food Safety Level 2 required (higher qualifications desirable)
