Qualifications

• Proven experience as a commis Chef or similar role in a hotel or restaurant.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and follow instructions.
• Commitment to clean, hygienic kitchen and food safety regulations.
• Good communication and teamwork; flexible hours including evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook a range of dishes to menu specifications as part of a busy kitchen team.
• Assist senior chefs with food preparation and ensure high quality and presentation.
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards in kitchen and prep areas; follow food safety regulations.
