Job summary

Aimbridge Hospitality is seeking a Breakfast Commis Chef to join our busy hotel kitchen. You will work as part of a kitchen team to prepare and cook a range of dishes to menu specifications, supporting senior chefs and maintaining high standards of quality and presentation.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a commis chef or similar in hotel/restaurant settings.
• Strong knowledge of food preparation and cooking techniques.
• Ability to follow instructions from senior chefs and work quickly in a fast-paced kitchen.
• Commitment to cleanliness and hygiene in line with food safety regulations.

Responsibilities
