Aimbridge Hospitality EMEA is seeking a Commis Chef to join our busy hotel kitchen. As part of a talented team you will prepare and cook dishes to menu specifications, support senior chefs and help maintain high standards of presentation and quality.

You will work in a fast-paced environment, adhere to food safety regulations, and commit to cleanliness. The role requires flexible availability, including evenings and weekends, and a passion for delivering an exceptional guest experience.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a commis chef or similar role in a hotel or restaurant.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and follow instructions from senior chefs.
• Commitment to maintaining a clean and hygienic kitchen environment, including adherence to food safety regulations.
• Good communication skills, willingness to work as part of a team, and ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
