Job summary

Aimbridge Hospitality EMEA is seeking a Chef to join our hotel kitchen team. You will prepare and cook a range of dishes to menu specifications, assist senior chefs, and ensure high standards of cleanliness, hygiene and food safety. This role requires flexibility to work evenings and weekends in a busy, guest-focused environment.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in a similar role in hospitality or fast-food, with strong cooking techniques.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and follow instructions from senior chefs.
• Commitment to maintaining a clean and hygienic kitchen environment, including adherence to food safety regulations.
• Good communication, teamwork and ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends.
