Hand Picked Hotels Ltd is looking for a motivated Commis Chef at Fawsley Hall Hotel & Spa in Northamptonshire. The role involves supporting senior chefs, helping with food preparation and keeping the kitchen clean and well organised.

It is a full-time position, five days out of seven, with a 40-hour week and weekend rotas. You will join a team delivering high-quality dining experiences at Cedar, our 3 Rosette restaurant, and benefit from ongoing training and a competitive hourly rate plus

Competenze

• Knowledge of kitchen hygiene and safe food preparation practices.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced kitchen and maintain high standards.

Mansioni

• Support kitchen team in food prep, cooking and plating for service.
• Assist with stock rotation, mise en place and kitchen cleanliness.
