Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Assist with preparation, cooking and presentation of dishes to a high standard.
• Maintain cleanliness, hygiene and food safety; complete mise en place for service.
• Support senior chefs across kitchen sections and assist with stock rotation and menu preparation.
