Hand Picked Hotels is hiring a Commis Chef at Fawsley Hall Hotel & Spa in Northamptonshire. The role supports the kitchen team, assists with food preparation, cooking and presentation, and helps maintain high hygiene standards in a busy 3 Rosette restaurant environment.

You will join a welcoming team, with a starting rate of £13 per hour plus service charge and benefits, working full-time 5 days out of 7. The role offers career development and shifts including weekends.

Qualifications

• Experience in a professional kitchen or relevant catering qualification.
• Willingness to learn and develop culinary skills.
• Ability to work in a team and maintain high standards.

Responsibilities

• Support senior chefs with food prep, cooking and plating to a high standard.
• Assist across kitchen sections and stock rotation to ensure a smooth operation.
• Maintain cleanliness, hygiene and food safety for service.
