Hand Picked Hotels is seeking a knowledgeable and enthusiastic Food & Beverage Assistant for Fawsley Hall Hotel & Spa in Daventry. You will help create an exceptional guest experience by ensuring dining areas and service spaces are presented to the highest standards.

The role is full-time, 40 hours per week, five days out of seven, with a competitive hourly rate and share of service charge. Previous F&B experience and a passion for hospitality are essential to thrive in this team.

Qualifications

• Experience in restaurant and bar or food & beverage service.
• Passion for delivering high-quality guest experiences.
• Ability to work as part of a busy team in hospitality.

Responsibilities

• Maintain dining areas, bars and service spaces to high standards.
• Support smooth delivery of food and beverage service and ensure tables are well presented.
• Assist with stocking service stations and keep areas tidy and ready for service.
• Collaborate with colleagues on the floor to uphold hospitality standards.
