Job summary

Marston's is seeking a Commis Chef to join the kitchen team and help prep, create and bring the pub menu to life. You’ll learn new prepping skills, contribute to meal preparation from the first time, and own a section of the kitchen as you grow.

We welcome those with experience in a similar chef role or as a KP, a willingness to learn about kitchen areas and procedures, and a passion to deliver great hot food to spec in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in a similar Chef role or an experienced KP.
• Know or be willing to learn about the kitchen areas and procedures.
• Work within a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Help to support the kitchen day-to-day running.
• Have a passion to deliver great, hot food to spec each and every time.

Responsibilities

• Support the kitchen team with day-to-day running of the kitchen.
• Own a section of the kitchen and ensure consistency.
• Deliver meals to spec, ensuring quality and timing.
