Job summary

Marston’s is seeking a Commis Chef to join our team in our pub environment. You’ll learn prepping skills, bring dishes to life, and own a section of the kitchen under guidance.

As part of a friendly, lively team you’ll deliver great, hot food to spec each time, work in a fast-paced setting, and develop skills through our internal career pathway. Flexible hours and part-time options support study or family commitments.

Qualifications

• Experience in a similar Chef role or an experienced KP.
• Know or be willing to learn about kitchen areas and procedures.
• Work within a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Help to support the kitchen team with the day to day running of the kitchen.
• Have a passion to deliver great, hot food to spec each and every time.

Responsibilities

• Assist prep and cooking tasks under guidance.
• Support kitchen team with day-to-day running of the kitchen.
• Learn prep skills and contribute to menu execution.
