Job summary

Bulls Head (90142) in the East Midlands is seeking a Commis Chef to join our team, helping prep and bring our pub menu to life.

You’ll learn, grow and own a section of the kitchen, delivering great, hot food in a fast-paced environment alongside a passionate team.

We’ll support your career through our internal pathway toward Sous Chef, with flexible and part-time hours to fit your life and family commitments.

Qualifications

• Experience in a similar Chef role or an experienced KP.
• Know or be willing to learn about the kitchen areas and procedures.
• Work within a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Help to support the kitchen team with the day to day running of the kitchen.
• Have a passion to deliver great, hot food to spec each and every time.

Responsibilities

• Prep, create and bring our pub menu to life.
• Assist learning prep skills and bring meals to life for the first time.
• Own a section of the kitchen and support the team daily.
