Job summary

Marston’s PLC in the UK is seeking a Commis Chef to prep, create and bring our pub menu to life. You’ll join a busy team, learn new prepping skills, and take ownership of a kitchen section while delivering quality dishes to spec.

Qualifications

• Experience in a similar chef role or as KP
• Willingness to learn kitchen areas and procedures
• Ability to work in a fast-paced team
• Passion to deliver great, hot food to spec

Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook dishes to spec for pub menu
• Help run day-to-day kitchen activities
• Learn prep skills and contribute to menu creation
• Support kitchen team to ensure smooth service
