Job summary

Marston’s PLC is seeking a Commis Chef to join our team and help prep, create and bring our pub menu to life. You’ll learn new prepping skills, start a meal for the first time, and own a section of the kitchen.

Qualifications

• Experience in a similar Chef role or an experienced KP.
• Knowledge of kitchen areas and procedures or willingness to learn.
• Ability to work within a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Support the kitchen team with day-to-day running.
• Passion to deliver great, hot food to spec every time.

Responsibilities

• Learn prep skills and bring menu items to life.
• Help to support the kitchen team with daily operations.
• Own a section of the kitchen and contribute to food quality.
• Assist in delivering hot meals to standard.
