Job summary

Marston’s PLC is seeking a Commis Chef to join our team. Prep, create and bring our pub menu to life, learning new prepping skills and owning a section of the kitchen.

You’ll thrive in a friendly, lively environment, with opportunities to grow through our DNA pathway and a range of benefits. We offer a reliable hours contract and flexible options to fit family or study commitments.

Qualifications

• Experience in a similar Chef role or an experienced KP.
• Willingness to learn about kitchen areas and procedures.
• Ability to work in a team in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Prep and support the kitchen to bring the pub menu to life.
• Learn prepping skills and own a section of the kitchen.
• Support day-to-day kitchen operations and ensure hot food is delivered to spec.
