Job summary

Brown Hare is seeking a Commis Chef to join our team and help prep, create and bring our pub menu to life.

You’ll gain hands-on experience in a fast-paced kitchen, learn our procedures and work with a friendly team to deliver hot food to spec every time, with flexible hours and progression opportunities toward Sous Chef.

Qualifications

• Experience in a similar Chef role or as a KP.
• Willing to learn kitchen areas and procedures.
• Able to work well in a fast-paced team environment.
• Passionate about delivering hot food to spec every time.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and help deliver the pub menu to life.
• Assist with day-to-day kitchen operations and prep.
• Support the kitchen team to maintain smooth service during peaks.

As Commis Chef:
