Job summary

Marston’s pub group is seeking a Commis Chef to prep, create and bring our menu to life. You’ll learn prep skills, cook dishes to spec, and may own a section of the kitchen as you grow.

Join a team in a fast-paced environment and advance via our DNA pathway toward Sous Chef, with benefits like flexible and part-time hours.

Qualifications

• Experience in a similar Chef role or an experienced KP.
• Willingness to learn about kitchen areas and procedures.
• Team player in a fast-paced environment.
• Support the kitchen team with day-to-day running.
• Passion to deliver great, hot food to spec.

Responsibilities

• Prep, create and bring our pub menu to life.

As Commis Chef:

There’s plenty to get involved with whilst growing your career and developing skills that you can take home.

• Experience in a similar Chef role or an experienced KP
