Job summary

Marston’s is seeking a Commis Chef to join our team and help prep, create, and bring our pub menu to life. You’ll learn across kitchen areas, own a section of the cooking space, and progress through our DNA pathway toward Sous Chef while delivering hot, on-spec dishes.

Qualifications

• Experience in a similar Chef role or an experienced KP.
• Willingness to learn about kitchen areas and procedures.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced team.
• Passion to deliver great, hot food to spec.

As Commis Chef:
