Job summary

Marston’s is seeking a Commis Chef to join our pub team in Newport. You’ll prep, create and bring our pub menu to life, learning new prepping skills and owning a section of the kitchen.

As a Commis Chef, you’ll work in a fast-paced environment and be part of a supportive team. We offer a structured career pathway via DNA to grow towards Sous Chef.

• Know or be willing to learn about the kitchen areas and procedures.
