Job summary

Marston’s is seeking a Commis Chef to join our pub team in the UK. You will prep, create, and bring our pub menu to life, learning new prepping skills and owning a section of the kitchen. The role offers a pathway through our DNA career framework toward Sous Chef.

We value team players who work well in a fast-paced kitchen and are passionate about delivering hot, to-spec dishes. A range of benefits supports colleagues across pubs, restaurants, and hotels.

Qualifications

• Experience in a similar Chef role or an experienced KP.
• Know or be willing to learn about the kitchen areas and procedures.
• Work within a team in a fast-paced environment.
