Job summary

Shah Of Persia in Poole is seeking a Commis Chef to help prep, create and bring the pub menu to life. You will learn and own a section of the kitchen while growing your career, with the aim of progressing along the internal DNA pathway toward Sous Chef.

You’ll join a busy pub team that emphasises people-led values and hands-on development, with real opportunities to advance and benefits that include staff discounts, flexible hours, and apprenticeship programmes.

Qualifications

• Experience in a similar chef role or an experienced KP.
• Willing to learn about kitchen areas and procedures.
• Ability to work within a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Support the kitchen team with day-to-day running.
• Passion to deliver great, hot food to spec each and every time.
