We're investing in our culinary offer, with a kitchen refurbishment planned for the new year, and we've introduced a new 4‑day working week (40 hours per week) for the kitchen brigade, to support balance and attract top talent. The Role We're seeking a passionate and eager Commis Chef to join our kitchen brigade. This is an ideal role for someone ready to learn, develop their skills, and contribute to delivering exceptional food experiences under the guidance of our experienced chefs. You'll support the preparation of high‑quality breakfast, lunch, and service items, assist across different sections of the kitchen, and gain hands‑on experience in a fast‑paced, creative environment.

What You’ll Do
  • Assist Chef de Partie and kitchen team in delivering consistently high standards of food.
  • Prepare and cook dishes for breakfast, à la carte, and events.
  • Monitor and replenish food items during service.
  • Ensure accurate portion control and stock rotation.
  • Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and organisation across the kitchen.
  • Support preparation of staff meals and contribute to smooth kitchen operations.
