Job summary

Marston’s PLC is seeking a Commis Chef to join our pub team. You will prep, create and bring our pub menu to life while learning new skills and taking ownership of a section of the kitchen.

You’ll be part of a supportive kitchen environment, with opportunities to grow your career and develop skills for future roles such as Sous Chef, in a flexible and people-focused local pub company.

Qualifications

• Experience in a similar Chef role or an experienced KP.
• Know or be willing to learn about the kitchen areas and procedures.
• Work within a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Help to support the kitchen team with the day to day running of the kitchen.
• Have a passion to deliver great, hot food to spec each and every time.
